2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of services and products by Beek Agri, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deviations from these conditions are only binding if they have been expressly agreed in writing.
3. Quotations and Agreements
- All quotations from Beek Agri are without obligation and valid for the period stated in the quotation. If no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 30 days.
- An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the quotation in writing or by e-mail, unless Beek Agri objects in writing within 5 working days.
4. Prices and Payment
- All stated prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is legally in default and statutory interest is due.
5. Delivery and Execution
- Beek Agri will deliver the services and products within the agreed period. If no term has been agreed, delivery will take place within a reasonable period.
- If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond Beek Agri's control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Delay does not entitle the customer to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
