A heat exchanger provides complete climate control in your poultry house. The word “heat exchanger” says it all: a product that transfers heat.
The warm air from the barn is extracted by the unit, and its thermal efficiency ensures that the fresh outside air is preheated. This preheated fresh air is then blown into the barn, allowing you to significantly reduce heating costs.
What does an Airhouse Heat Exchanger deliver?
With a heat exchanger from Beekamp B.V., incoming fresh air is not mixed with outgoing barn air. This prevents temperature fluctuations and reduces the risk of disease in your barn.

Why use a heat exchanger (RAV regulations)?
The Dutch Regulation on Ammonia and Livestock Farming (RAV) is based on the Ammonia and Livestock Act (Wav). This ministerial regulation defines ammonia emission factors for housing systems, which are necessary to calculate the ammonia emissions of a livestock farm. For example, when assessing whether a farm meets the requirements of the Activities Decree, the Wav, and the Housing Decree.
